Introduced at the 2014 IPCPR Convention, CAO Amazon Basin cigars are expertly crafted with an exceptional blend of rare tobaccos from a remote region in the Amazon Rainforest where it’s only harvested once every three years. These exclusive leaves, named Braganca, are handrolled into tubes called carottes and fermented naturally for six months before being carried by canoe to the renowned CAO factory in Esetli, Nicaragua. The master cigar blenders at CAO then surround the select leaves with a five-nation blend of long filler tobaccos, a spicy binder, and a deep, dark top-notch Ecuador Sumatra wrapper. The result is a distinctive smoke that boasts an array of mouthwatering exotic flavors that are bold, zesty and truly one-of-a-kind. The cigars are banded with a rare twisted tobacco band and presented in a cedar box of 18.
The CAO Amazon Basin cigars are due to arrive in our warehouse in mid-August.
