The following steps resolve more than 90% of the issues encountered by JRCigars.com customers. Be sure to try the steps below before submitting a trouble report.
- Verify your system date is set to the current date. If it is not set to the current date, make the appropriate changes.
To check your date and time setting:
- On the taskbar, double-click the time.
- Verify that the date and time is correct.
- To make sure you’re viewing the latest version of the site, clear your cache.
- AOL - Clear Cache
- Internet Explorer - Clear Cache
- Netscape - Clear Cache
- Clear any cookies that may be on your computer from our site.
- AOL - Delete Cookies
- Internet Explorer - Delete Cookies
- Netscape - Delete Cookies
- Restart your computer. After restarting, access our web site and retry the action that caused the problem. If the problem persists, please submit a trouble report.
